How do credits work?

Every pack comes with free tries that are used first; after that, each photo uses a number of credits that depends on what you choose for it. The numbers on this page are estimates, and you see what will be deducted before you start.

Credits may vary with the type of photo and the options you choose. Before you start, the upload page tells you how many photos come from your free tries and how many credits will be deducted.

What doesn't use credits?

Free triesThe first tries in every pack don't use your credits, and each one is a photo you keep.
Photos that failIf a photo fails because of an issue on our side, it isn't counted.
Basic choicesProduct type, background, angle, lighting and size.

Estimates for guidance only. Mix types however you like; each photo only takes its own credits.

Questions about credits

Do credits expire?

No. Your balance stays in your account until you use it; it doesn't reset or vanish at month end. The exception is monthly subscription credits: unused ones carry over to the next month only.

When do I see the exact amount?

Before you start: the upload page tells you how many photos come from your free tries and how many credits will be deducted. When you add high quality, you see the total before you confirm.

What if a photo fails?

If it fails because of an issue on our side, its free try or credits go back to your balance.

Where do I see my usage?

In “My wallet” inside your workspace: every top-up and deduction with its details and date.
